You don’t have to be Einstein, of course, to figure out that you can’t reach your fitness goals without moving your body. But finding the time—and the motivation—to get to a gym may seem beyond what you can manage right now. Or maybe you feel self-conscious about working out at a trendy health club with a bunch of people who look like they just stepped out of a fitness magazine. No problem. I’ll bring the gym to you!
I’ll work with you in your home or office and provide all the equipment you need for a challenging, total-body workout—where and when it’s convenient for you. Together we’ll develop a personalized, in-home training program that suits you and your lifestyle, and we’ll set up your appointments to suit your schedule.
Why in-home fitness training?
It’s one thing to decide you want to get in shape, but it’s a whole different matter to make it happen. I’m sure you know how easy it is to make excuses for not working out. So one of the keys to a successful fitness program is eliminating as many excuses as possible. That’s where in-home training comes in.
Say, for example, the only time you can work out is on your lunch hour at work. I’ll design a program for you that fits that requirement. Or you can’t stand the “meat market” atmosphere of many fitness clubs. We’ll create a program you can follow at home, so there’s no one to dress up for or compete with. And I can show you new ways to work with equipment you may already have.
The beauty of in-home training is that it’s so easy and convenient. And when it comes to exercise programs, easy and convenient is what works. The more obstacles I can help you sweep out of your way, the more likely it is that your program will succeed.
