Performance training is designed to support and prepare the emerging athlete with a focus on improving overall speed, agility, power, strength and conditioning.

Many young athletes today are specializing in sports at much younger age, which causes a deficit in general physical preparedness (GPP). Improving an athlete's GPP will prepare their bodies for sport specific activities.
